The addition of LUBEX 50 Hydraulic Fluid Additive makes ordinary Hydraulic fl uid, which areusually made from napthenic crude, refi ned waste or low grade sulphur oils. LUBEX 50 ensures constant pressure, high volumetric effort, an absence of slippage and sound application.

LUBEX 50 Hydraulic Fluid Additive minimizes wear and heat built up by coating the Hydraulic mechanism with a polarized layer of molecules. Some low quality Hydraulic oils which are prone to temperature fl uctuation this results in pressure loss, unnecessary energy intake, slow and sluggish response.

Oxidation and acid build up which is a major cause of corrosion is combated as LUBEX 50 Hydraulic Fluid Additive acts as a buffer solution lowering any rise in acid built up or oxidationwhich would lead to corrosion of the whole Hydraulic system.

LUBEX 50 is enriched with metal deactivators, these when combined with lubrication enhancement inhibitors, reduce metal to metal contact which leads to wear.
